Every circular, notification, gazette, and court order on CircularHub is uploaded as-is from the source we obtained it from. We do not edit, redact, re-type, or recreate the documents. Before you use a document for any official, academic, financial, legal, or compliance purpose, you must independently cross-check the document against the original issuing authority (the department portal, gazette publication, or court website) to confirm it is genuine, current, and unaltered. CircularHub cannot and does not certify authenticity.

Source of documents

Documents on CircularHub (circulars, notifications, gazettes, court orders, office orders) are obtained from publicly available sources, including official department portals, the gazette of India and state gazettes, court websites, and contributions from member institutions. We aggregate and index these documents in good faith for the convenience of educational institutions; we do not originate them.

Accuracy & completeness

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the documents in our archive are accurate and current. However:

  • We do not guarantee that every relevant document is included.
  • We do not guarantee that any document is the latest version — superseding circulars may exist.
  • OCR-extracted text from scanned PDFs may contain errors. The original PDF is authoritative.
  • Court orders are subject to appeals and may be stayed, modified, or overturned by higher courts.
